Help with videos!

I have no sound-.- This will sound very stupid. I have played a song and checked my other sound, which works. But when I go onto a track video my sound suddenly stops working again, everything is on full, still no sound. I wonder if this is on their end or if it is just me.

Thank you!

Hi Jona

When a video is playing there should be some controls for the video, one is for volume - is that turned up? The controls should appear if you move the mouse cursor over the video, or tap on the video if you are using a touchscreen.

If that doesn't help you could try the video in a different web browser to see if it works there.

Which operating system are you using e.g. Mac with Mavericks, Windows 8 or a different version?

If I had to guess, I'd guess you are using Safari on OS X and you have Perian installed?

If so uninstall Perian or use a different browser

If Perian isn't the issue, email Treehouse support (help@teamtreehouse.com) with the relevant details about browser & OS versions and they should be able to get you sorted out.

Hi James/Tom

Thank you very much for your replys! I found out that I had to go into my sound mixer to turn it up, I was using Firefox. I have now managed to fix it, thanks again!
