helper method

lets use the new isFullyCharged helper method

GoKart.java
public class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_ENERGY_BARS = 8;
  private String mColor;
  private int mBarsCount;

  public GoKart(String color) {
    mColor = color;
    mBarsCount = 0;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return mColor;
  }

  public void charge() {
    mBarsCount = MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
  }

  public boolean isBatteryEmpty() {
    return mBarsCount == 0;
  }

  public boolean isFullyCharged() {
    return mBarsCount == MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
  }

}

The instructions basically say that they want you to change the charge method from charging the battery from 0 to full to incrementing the battery until the isFullyCharged() method returns true.

So it sounds like we will need a while loop with the isFullyCharged() method as the condition but we want to say while the isFullyCharged() is false. And in your while loop body just increment the battery (mBarsCount).

Just be sure that you are working in the charge() method body.
