Heroku Cedar-like Vagrant Box

I've been learning and using RoR+Heroku on my local machine running Ubuntu14.

Now that i've learned what Vagrant can do I wish to develop in a VM running the exact same enviroment as Heroku Cedar, or as close as possible.

Does anyone have a Box like this?
