hey am doing this project in sublime text 3 but when i drag the files it wont let me drop them how do i fix it?

hey i am doing this project in sublime text 3 as i learn but my side bar is white when i drag the files to the side bar nothing shows the files i drag turn into a circle? how can i fix this thank you?

Is Sublime Text already open? If not, open the program, then try dragging the files in.

yes its open but still wont let me drag the files over
