Development Tools Introduction to the Terminal Common Commands Working with Files

Hi, can someone help me understand what exactly am I doing wrong? I put the dash behind the r, (recursive).

I'm putting cp -r issue_27.txt, but it keeps retuning as invalid for the the -r

If you're copying a file, you want to specify the file to copy from and the name of the copy. cp template.txt issue_27.txt

Thanks Megan
