Hi, Copy & Duplicate Screens
When I duplicate or copy and paste a screen any change I made to this screen copy automatically changes applied to the original screen.
how to avoid and stop this?

It sounds like the screen, or 'Artboard' has Symbols or Shared Styles applied to it. These are signified with Purple icons, and purple selections.
You will have to select these and in the Inspector, where there's a white bar, select "No Symbol" or "No Style" from the menu to make sure the changes don't update on the other screens.
You can alternatively delete symbols and styles, by pressing "Organize Symbols" in the symbol pane in the Inspector, and removing them from the list.
