Hi guys, having problems unpacking Java , What is the terminal software used to install Python and Oracle

I am stuck at this point

Hello,

I'm guessing you're trying to install these on Linux. However, we'll need to know which distro you have installed to help your further.

Hello,

For Windows, there are graphical installers for both Python and Java available.

The Python installer can be found at https://www.python.org/ while the Java installer can be found at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html and both of these should be able to be installed just like any other application.

I would also recommend reviewing the video for installing on Windows available at https://teamtreehouse.com/library/build-an-android-app/getting-started-with-android/setting-up-an-android-development-environment-for-windows instead of the Linux video.
