HI guys just a question about ease of access?

I know that when we are setting up our sites we should set them in a way that anybody with hearing our site impediments can still manouver through them sucessfully. Is this something that we need to consider when developing apps ? Or does their smart phone take care of this ?

Yes one does need to take care of this. An easy analogy is the alt tag while web designing and the contentDescription* when designing apps. Have a look at this: https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/accessibility/index.html
