Challenge Task 2 of 2
Change the color of the h1 tag to purple. Bummer! You need to set the 'color' property of h1 elements to 'purple' (without quotes) !doctype html> <html> <head> <link href="styles.css" rel="stylesheet"> </head> <body>
<h1>Welcome to My Web Page!</h1>
</body> </html>
<!doctype html>

<h1> {color:purple} Welcome to My Web Page!<h1>
</body>
</html>

Place this in your CSS file.
h1 {
color: purple;
}
Also, your inline style change is incorrect for what you'd be going for.
<h1 style="color:blue;">Welcome to My Web Page!</h1>
