HI i cant find API level 16 and my eclips is very very slow and i cant use it....

6,606 PointsIn both eclipse and AS you should have an SDK manager, that is where you can add api's to your setups

2,390 PointsFrom the main menu: Window >> Android SDK Manager Check the API levels you want and click "Install x packages", accept the license(s) and click install.
