Hi i keep getting the error localhost refused to connect in the browser when trying to acces the server I' using chrome

here is my code

const app = express();

const port = 3000; app.get('/', (req, res) => res.send('What up')); app.listen(port, () => { console.log('server is at http://localhost:3000') }); my terminal is printing the correct log out
