Hi, is there any tool, IDE, or compiler for developing IOS in Window?

I wish there is a developing environment for IOS in Window OS. I really expected Swift that might give us the developing environment. But, it never came out soon yet, even though Swift has been on the market almost 2 years. Also, I heard the news that Google is thinking to use the Swift as primary Android developing language since they have the problem with Oracle. If it comes true, I can't really wait for the developing environment.

But, sadly, I assume that we have to wait a few more years for the environment.

So, my point is that, since I can't wait, does anyone know if I can develop IOS in Window. Just let you know that using virtual machine in Window is way too slow for developing :(

Thank you :) I have seen the Sandbox once before. But I didn't take care of this serious because this was web base software. I wonder is this only pratice purpose only? or can I actually work a project here?
