Higher vs lower programming languages

Are higher or lower programming languages more user friendly? I thought it was higher, but the quiz says that's wrong?

Higher-level programming languages ARE more programmer-friendly than lower-level languages. These languages are considered 'high-level' language because they are closer to human understanding, and further from machine code that are low-level languages. The code is something we can understand by knowing some basics in programming. The code written is almost readable by humans, whereas low-level code is much more readable by computers. I've tried the quiz and it does provide me with the correct response when I type Higher first, then Lower.
