Homepage

At 1:50, you show that the new content that you have entered is now visible on the homepage. I still only get the "Welcome to Cameron's" piece of content and my Coffee Imports display nowhere. I have the content type set to promote to front page, and i have the front page set up in the Site Information to /welcome. Thank You

Having the same issue here. My config default front page is set to "welcome" and 10 posts displayed on the front page, however, even with "promoted to front page" and "published" checked, the new coffee import content doesn't appear on the front page.

Diane Douglas - any ideas?

It's been a second since i posted this, I did figure it out tho. In the administration bar, under configuration/site information, make sure that there is nothing in the "Default Homepage" field. They tell you to do this earlier in the video I believe, but after I removed it and made it blank, it started working the way that it normally should.

Ah, totally missed that we were supposed to switch it back. Thanks!

I have the exact same problem!!! But I am using Drupal 8.5 and I have already ensured that there is nothing "that there is nothing in the "Default Homepage" field"

I still cannot get my articles or custom content posts to show, can someone please help! I have tried creating my own post in another video, but no one seems to be responding.
