nav a:hover{ color: #32673f }

or

nav li: hover{ color: #32673f }

Should do the trick.

When you add a pseudo-class like :hover, you need to add it directly after the declared element in your CSS with no spaces. So, here you want

nav a:hover {

}

instead of

nav a: hover {

}
