How a wiki application and a forum can be integrated to a wordpress site like codex in wordpress.org?

Hi everyone. Here is my question. I want to integrate a wiki application and a forum into my wordpress site. Codex from wordpress.org and forum page from treehouse can be good instances for that. I googled it and found some information. However they are not enough and don't look secure. Thus, I don't know how can add? so maybe you guys can help me :)
