Treehouse has made the innocent mistake of allowing the extra credit tasks to resemble other tasks. Extra Credit on Treehouse is optional for students meaning it will not be noticed or recorded unless you decided to share your work on the forum (asking for help or feedback). It is simply a nice reminder that students should definitely be actively learning as opposed to passively.
