How can I add code on here?

I often ask questions on this site but I don't know how to add code here and it gets ugly like this. https://teamtreehouse.com/community/whats-wrong-with-this-code-63

And people cannot read my codes. I guess I have to indent the codes but I cannot indent all the lines with the Tab key. How can I do that? Please help me. Thanks.
