Also to be noted that you're using the letter 'O' instead of the number '0'.

Fixed...I'll go buy a new pair of eyes now, thanks for the answer.

Take out the <p> tag before doctype declaration and after the </html> tag. Write your css in the head section of html document using <style> tags.

<style>
#wrapper {
   max-width: 940px;
   margin: 0 auto;
}
</style>

This should center your wrapper content.
