How Can I Expand This BootStrap "Tabs" Code?

Hey guys,

I'm wondering how I could expand the example found I found on CodePen to have 4 levels of tabs, i.e:

Music -> Rock -> Queen...

I have been playing around with the code over on CodePen but I just can't seem to get it to work properly.

Any advice on how I could achieve this would be very much appreciated!
