How can I get the button element activated ?

I was thinking like this but it doesnt work

input[type="submit":active] {
    font-size:28px;
}

Hi Elena Paraschiv,

in order to apply to pseudo selector :active you have to put this after the closing square bracket

like this:

input[type="submit"]:active {
    font-size:28px;
}
