How can i get the twenty twelve theme version from this video?

I have wordpress versi贸n 3.8.1 It comes along with twenty twelve theme but I realized is not the same version as is explained on this video, I can't custom layouts from admin area as they show, it looks different

Hi, this video is starting to get a bit outdated and we will be replacing it shortly. It is using the TwentyEleven theme.
