How can I go back and restart a course?

I'm beyond frustrated right now. I was working on learning wordpress and I need to go back and basically start over at the point where the course instructed me to download filezilla and wordpress. I've spent an hour going through the library and the tracks. I cannot find what I'm needing. Can someone please help?

Go to your tracks, select wordpress - go to the first lesson and press resume.
