How can i move a glyphicon next to a link right when hovering over the link?

I have a read more link and a glyphicon on its right. I am trying to make the glyphicon move further right when hovering over the link. Any ideas?

Without seeing your code, what you can do is add the css selector :hover to either your link or your glyphicon. If you use the :hover on your glyphicon you can add padding-left to it, or if you use it on your link you can add padding-right.
