how can i remember every single code i leaned

You don't remember every little thing you learn, no one does. What you need to do is just practice, practice what you are learning and have learned, and then start combining skills you have learned by including them in projects. Most developers spend and awful lot of time googling things to understand how they work because they can't remember, as you learn more documentation for code gets a lot easier to read.
