how can I restart android studio?

I want to start a new project in android studio.how?

In the menu choose File > Close Project. It will close down the current project and if you have no other projects open give you the window with the options to create a new project or open an old one you saw when you first started. Alternatively you can choose File > New... > New Project, which will create a project in a new window.
