You can always go back to the contents and pick a lesson.

In the upper left of any course page, you should see an arrow and the name of the course:

<-- JavaScript Basics

Click on that to go back to the course index. From there you can expand a particular stage to see all the lessons in it, and clicking on a lesson should take you right to that page. You can go forwards or backwards this way.
