It's been a few days since my last learning session and I feel a bit lost on current video, like I missed something. Is it possible to go back and re-watch the last completed video?

Yes it is possible. You can navigated using the top navigation when a video is playing. Every circle with a checkmark is a video, quiz, or challenge that has been completed. Simply click on the circle you want.
You can also navigated to any video, quiz, or challenge from the courses' home screen.
