How can I skip Java section in Android Development Track?

Hi friends,

I am an experienced Java developer and I want to learn android development. Treehouse track is not allowing me to skip Java Basics. How can skip Java basics and move directly to android development?

While there is no way to skip something in a track, you can go to the library and take the individual android courses. You won't get the track completion if that's what you're after.

The Java basics is very short, only about an hour of video, plus quizzes and code challenges. You could always set the videos on 2-3 times speed, and consider the code challenges and quizzes an easy review.
