How can I solve this one? Sass guys!

exception for <a> tags that are in the div with a class of .footer: links should be purple. Using post-selector (ampersand.

.footer: a { a { &:a { color: purple; } } }

what's wrong with this? thanks

Try this code:

It means that all "a" tag in footer class has a color of purple. And if you want write some code for the other status.

    a{
        color: purple;
        &:hover{

        }
        &:active, 
        &:visited, 
        &:focus{

        }
    }
