You could chain them onto the methods that fill them in on lines 33 and 34, similarly to what you did for the message animation:

      $("#newRestaurant h3").text(title).hide().fadeIn(2000);
      $("#newRestaurant p").text(review).hide().fadeIn(2000);

Also, I noticed the CSS is linked twice in the HTML, on lines 7 and 8. You only need to do this once.
