I'm sure folk can disagree, but here's what he said starting at 4:48 of the video:

Now, one last thing about keywords.

While you might have a big list of keywords that are relevant to your site,

understand that the entire list should not apply to every single page on your site.

You don't wanna try to optimize every page for every keyword.
