How come I am unable to upload images into my workspace?

I am unable to upload images into my workspace. How to fix this?

Are you trying to upload your own images? If so, drag and drop them into the lower part of the file tree sidebar on the left.

Thanks for your response. I do drag and drop, however, nothing happens. It doesn't upload.

What could be the issue?

Forgive me if this is a silly question, but are you dragging them into the lower left corner, and do you see the little upload box appear?

hmm. did you try file > upload file?
