How come there are courses present in "Beginner JavaScript" track but not on "Full Stack Javascript" ?

Several courses on the "Beginner JavaScript" like "DOM Scripting by Example" or "Using jQuery Plugins" aren't on the "Full Stack JavaScript" track, how come?

I never thought one track was intended to be a subset of the other, but there is a bit of overlap so if you complete one it will give you a head start on the next.
