How come when I hover above the error I don't get quick fixes?

When i hover above the error for the private class of Getblogposts it Didn't show me any quick fixes. This is all in android studio.

Certain errors don't have any quick fix options. Android Studio knows that they're a problem, but doesn't know how to fix them. However, if you are never getting any quick fixes at all, then it is most likely a setting and I would recommend just doing a Google search about it.
