how did people on the treehouse ad get a job so quickly?

i have seen the adverts, and some people said they got a job in a week

how did they do it? how did they prove they could do it?

Hi Ashley,

There are multiple factors, earlier experience and so on. But hard work during that period of time is always one of those factors. How to prove you can do it? You create real projects applying what you have learned on say Treehouse, so that the employers can see that you really have the skills.
