How did the treehouse instructors learn how to code?

Did they just read the documentation?

They probably learned to code via books, classes, etc. and probably docs.

In the Treehouse show, Craig interviews a bunch of the other teachers and you can also learn how those teachers discovered programming and want to learn it.
