Frances' answers are both correct, though for this particular challenge, they want you to specifically target the anchor elements in the nav block, so her second comment is the one that will help to pass this challenge. In general, though, both are correct, in that to target the hover state of an anchor element, you would use the :hover pseudo selector on your a element(s), wherever necessary.

Frances Parkin make sure you supply your answers in the Answers box down at the bottom of forum posts, as opposed to adding them as Comments! Try typing :

nava, a:hover { color: #32673f; }

So, change the period you put after the anchor element to a colon :
