How do I add a new user on DreamHost?

So I went to DreamHost and Nick said to add a new user in the manage users section, but I cannot find it. Any help?

Hey Harry,

Not sure if you have already solved this, but here are some other videos I found on the subject. I don't personally use Dreamhost but I imagine the setup process should be similar. The first link is a step by step document walk through of the user setup process drafted by Dreamhost, that might be a bit more detailed and easier to follow.
