there is a screenshot functionality within workspace, but I don't know how to attach it to the specific question when I need help from the community. any guidance appreciated. Thanks!

243,656 PointsA "screenshot" is just an image, which would not be very useful for diagnosing problems. But you can make a snapshot of your workspace and post the link to it here. The blue word is a link to a video that explains the process.
