How do I build a functioning form?

Which #Treehouse course will instruct me on the process of creating a functioning form from the server side of things? I have finished Treehouse HTML Forms course, now how do I make that form actually work?

If you want to go the PHP route, this course really helped me with the server side things: http://teamtreehouse.com/library/build-a-simple-php-application

If you just want to know the basics about the form, then go straight to the 'Adding a Contact Form Lesson', it's #3.
