How do I declare a variable named thing of type id & initialize it to nil? Thank you!

Any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Eric,

For this task all we need to do is use the type id which is a universal type that accepts any value, for the value we just need to assign the value nil.

id thing = nil;

Happy coding!

Hi Chris, thanks very much for your help! Very much appreciated. All the best.
