How do I do any of this on Linux (Elementary OS)

I'm a total newbie (I came here trough Web design courses) and all this is science fiction to me. Can someone please guide me step by step? I think I successfully installed Ruby and Sass. What now?

Hi Antonija,

Not sure if this answers your question but no matter what OS you're using if you go to ide.c9.io it's a cloud based development platform that you code in from HTML to Rails. It's associated with Github which is cool but hopefully this helps you.
