How do I download treehouse videos

Can anyone help me with how to download videos as a silver member

Requires Apple iTunes. On the right side of the page, under the instructor bio there is a Download Videos section.

Using windows do not need itunes... On downloads click on the video to download after it opens right click on it and saveas to the file of your choice. You can than open the video to watch.
