How do I enroll with a Basic subscription

I'm trying to resubscribe, but the only opion for basic is $250 a year. I don't want to pay that up front and want the $25 a month option, but it doesn't seem to be available to me. I've asked supoprt twice about this now, but received no response, anyone able to help?
