How do I fix a "rendering problems" error

The error is "This version of the rendering library is more recent than your version of Android Studio. Please update Android Studio", but I have the latest version of Android Studio. What should I do?

Hello,

It looks like you might be setup to use the preview render for Android M. If so, please try to set the API level to API 21(which is Lollipop). For more info you can check the stackoverflow post here. If this doesn't help or you still need more assistance please let us know and we will try to assist you further.

change the API level or update studios
