How do I follow this video using a newer version of IntelliJ?

Hi Craig Dennis,

Hoping you can help, I am using IntelliJ IDEA 2020.1 and there are a couple of issues:

  1. I don't have ? Help Topics, I just have ? Help (assuming it's the same thing but can't be 100% sure.
  2. Editor basics doesn't include (at least not as far as I can see) text editing.

As a result I am unable to follow along with this video, are you able to advise?
