How do I get a "plug-ins" tab on my dashboard?

My Dashboard appears as follows: -Pages -locations -feedback -site options -profile -settings in these videos it seems you are using a different version of the wordpress dashboard. I am wondering if it is possible to add the additional tabs I am missing THANKS!

The administrative settings on your WP Dashboard are governed by Roles and Capabilities. Most likely, you need to be signed in as an administrator to install and activate plugins. Hope this helps.
