How do I get a Scrolling Card' effect?

Im trying to build an app where it displays cards on the screen where you can view more cards by scrolling down (similar to the Health app in iOS 8) and when the user touches on a card it expands (in the same View) and gives more info and includes some buttons and text. (still a beginner) Language- Swift
