I opened the android app and the emulator is not working or loading. Where is it? I am getting an seesin app error message in the code.

15,583 PointsTravis Bentz. It's a third party emulator. There is a course for it in the android tools course. It starts up way faster than the android studio emulator and reacts in my opinion faster to input.
